All outbound communications through this portal are strictly transactional. We utilize Mailgun infrastructure to ensure automated generation and secure dispatch of fiscal invoices, payment receipts, and tax documentation ensuring strict SLA adherence for our B2B accounts.

Logistics & Inventory Webhooks

Our backend is directly connected to fulfillment centers. When artisan-made goods are scanned for dispatch, burst traffic generates immediate, real-time dispatch notifications and bill of lading documents sent directly to the buyer's procurement team.

Access Control & 2FA

Given the sensitive nature of trade pricing and wholesale allocations, access is strictly governed. Authentication relies on secure email magic links and one-time passwords (OTP). Any disruption to email deliverability halts partner operations.

Because these communications involve financial data (B2B invoices) and time-sensitive logistics, we employ strict sender policies. We strictly prohibit the use of this infrastructure for marketing, newsletters, or cold outreach. All recipients are organically registered Trade Partners.

2. Data Privacy & Processing

In accordance with international data protection standards, email addresses processed through our MTAs are used exclusively for order fulfillment, account security (2FA), and compliance reporting. Third-party data sharing is strictly disabled.
