Transactional SLA Guarantee

Because our B2B partners rely on instant financial and logistical documentation, we maintain a strict Service Level Agreement (SLA). We guarantee that 99.9% of all transactional emails (invoices, tracking webhooks, 2FA codes) generated by our system are handed off to our Mailgun infrastructure within 2.5 seconds of the triggering event.

Authentication & 2FA

Wholesale Trade discounts and allocation budgets are highly sensitive. We enforce passwordless authentication utilizing secure Magic Links delivered exclusively via verified email domains. A failure in email delivery results in a direct system lockout, which is why we employ redundant routing protocols.

Encryption Standard

All data exchanged between the Johanna Howard Home Portal and our partner networks is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Data at rest, including transactional logs and vendor routing information, is secured using industry-standard AES-256 encryption within US-based data centers.

Anti-Spam Architecture

Our infrastructure is architecturally segregated. Marketing and promotional channels do not share IPs or domains with our operational B2B alerts. The johannahoward.net network operates strictly for compliant, double-opt-in, critical business operations.
