Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose of the Infrastructure

The Johanna Howard Home Trade Portal, including its API endpoints and webhook delivery systems, is designed exclusively to facilitate supply chain operations, wholesale procurement, and automated financial reporting for authorized B2B partners.

Violation of this AUP will result in immediate suspension of API keys, portal access, and the withholding of pending wholesale allocations.

Partners connecting their ERPs or procurement software to our webhooks must ensure their receiving endpoints are properly secured. We guarantee the dispatch of shipping and invoice alerts; however, partners must respond with a HTTP 200 OK within 3 seconds to avoid delivery timeout logging.

4. System Monitoring

To protect our email sending reputation and ensure compliance with our infrastructure providers, Johanna Howard Home utilizes automated anomaly detection. Spikes in failed logins or unusual API requests will trigger an automated security lockdown of the offending IP or Vendor ID.
